CHARLOTTE — A community pool in northwest Charlotte will be closed Tuesday following a medical emergency Monday night.
The Riverbend homeowners association reported it was aware of an incident at a pool on Winding River Drive.
The pool will be closed Tuesday and future operating hours will be announced on a day-by-day basis, the HOA said.
MEDIC announced that they received a cardiac arrest call before the pool was shut down. One person was later rushed to an area hospital with life-threatening injuries, according to MEDIC.
