CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Charlotte Fire crews responded to a fire on a school bus carrying six students Tuesday in west Charlotte, a representative with Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools said.
Everyone on bus 607 headed to Marie G. Davis Middle School got off safely.
A replacement bus was headed to the scene on Winding Canyon Drive off of Mt. Holly Road.
