YORK COUNTY, S.C. — An adult and two children died Tuesday evening in a two-car crash on Highway 5 near York, the South Carolina Highway Patrol said.
According to troopers, the driver of a 2000 Jaguar, 29-year-old Cole Labrozzi, was heading west when he crossed the centerline and hit a 2004 Honda Accord headed in the opposite direction.
Labrozzi and two children in the car, identified as 8-year-old Kaydence Timmons and 7-year-old Justin Whitener, were killed in the wreck, which happened near the Moss Justice Center, close to Highway 161.
The children were siblings, according the the coroner.

Troopers said Labrozzi was not wearing a seat belt. There was no other information released about the children.
The 54-year-old driver of the Honda was injured and taken to the hospital.
