Man's body found outside tobacco shop in Cheraw, police say

CHERAW, S.C. — Police in Cheraw are investigating after someone found a body outside of an area store Monday morning.

Officers were investigating the man's death outside a tobacco shop off Highway 9 but told Channel 9 that there were no signs of foul play.

Investigators have not released the man’s name or any information about the cause of death.
