CLEVELAND COUNTY, N.C. — Troopers said a driver died after crashing into a car that was pulling out of a driveway late Tuesday night in Cleveland County.
Witnesses told troopers that Derek Pruitt was driving about 90 mph on Highway 150, east of Waco, when his car flipped after crashing into another vehicle and a power pole.
The other driver was rushed to the hospital.
The district attorney will decide if that driver will be charged for pulling out in front of Pruitt's car.
