CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police were conducting a death investigation after a man was found dead inside a home on Woodford Bridge Drive Sunday afternoon.
Officers responded to a domestic call at 2:30 p.m. and found Lloyd Davis dead inside the home. He was pronounced dead on scene by MEDIC.
Police think their was an altercation between Davis and his wife inside the home that led to his death.
The woman was transported voluntarily to police headquarters to be interviewed by detectives and police are not searching for any other suspects at this time.
No further information has been released.
