CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Police have arrested a woman for stabbing and killing a man in east Charlotte.
Latisha Toloria Johnson has been charged with second-degree murder in the death of Milton Ricardo Graham. Officers said she was found with family after leaving the homicide scene on Blendwood Drive off The Plaza.

Police responded to a domestic violence call, and when they arrived at the home, officers found Graham with stab wounds in the front yard.
He was taken to the hospital where he died a few hours later.
Detectives determined that Graham and Johnson were in a long-term dating relationship. Police have not said what led up to the stabbing.

This was the second homicide Thursday in Charlotte and the city's sixth this year.
"Certainly in the North Tryon Division, they've had some violent crime challenges. It's frustrating and alarming when anybody loses their lives, so its a bit disconcerting," Smathers said.
