LANCASTER COUNTY, S.C. — A man was killed in a hit-and-run car crash on Highway 265 near Taxahaw Road at 5:55 a.m. Saturday.
Officials said Chad Hill, 36, was walking in the eastbound lane when he was hit. Hill died at the scene.
