HARRISBURG, N.C. — One person was airlifted to an Atrium Health trauma center Wednesday night after a car flipped on Morehead Road at Rocky River Crossing Road near the Charlotte Motor Speedway, officials said.
Someone else was taken to Atrium-Northeast, who had non-life-threatening injuries.
Morehead Road in Harrisburg was shut down during the crash investigation.
No further information has been released, and the investigation is ongoing.
